At Garary Store, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Policy

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

  • A proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on clearance sale.

  • Products that have been damaged by the customer or show signs of wear and tear.

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are typically processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5-7 working days.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Wrong Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@garary.store. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you.
